KICK-START YOGA.
28 days. 28 practices.
7.00 am live* or at the time that suits you via the recorded session. This will be a short (20 minute) dynamic practice to KICK-START a regular yoga practice, build strength & flexibility, tone muscles and improve cardio fitness. Each session will target a specific area of the body: arms, legs, core, tummy, butt, cardio. And on the 7th day we will rest – with a restorative stretching practice. For 4 weeks straight. The recorded session will be available for 24 hours after the actual class so you can complete the class at a time that best suits you. For the price of daily coffee I think this is a winner!
Studies show that it can take between 3 – 8 months to really establish a new habit. However, the first 21-28 days are the hardest. So, ‘Kick Start Yoga’ will be there for the hard part of establishing a new healthy habit.
STARTS: Monday 11th October – every day for 4 weeks.
