Yoga bites is designed for people who would like to practice yoga regularly but in smaller ‘bites’ than a regular class. These sessions are all delivered VIRTUALLY .
3 Sessions are delivered each week for the 9 week term ( less 1 session on Anzac Day ).
That’s 26 sessions!
MONDAY & WEDNESDAY: you can join the LIVE 20 minute Zoom class at 7.00 am & / OR practice with the recorded session at a time that suits you better. These sessions will be available for viewing from the day they are recorded till the next Monday morning at 7.00 am. You can replay as often as you like.
From time to time the Monday &/or Wednesday sessions may not stream LIVE and may be distributed as just a recorded sessions. If this occurs you will receive notification.
THURSDAY: a 30 minute session will be recorded for you to practice at a time that suits you. This session is also being offered LIVE either ONLINE or IN STUDIO as part of YOGA TASTER series. The session will be held at 3.45pm. Feel free to join in :)
ALL SESSIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THE WHOLE WEEK (from when they are recorded until the following Monday morning) - YOU CAN ACCESS THEM AS MANY TIMES AS YOU LIKE EACH WEEK
LINKS TO THE RECORDED SESSIONS WILL BE EMAILED AFTER THE LIVE SESSION AS SOON AS THE RECORDINGS ARE PROCESSED VIA ZOOM (this time can vary but they should be available by no later than 8.00 am).
